In Japanese, Kantan means easy. If you're travelling light, this is the smallest, lightest one-cup brewer you can find. The Kalita Kantan is a folded paper filter that fits over your mug - giving you a portable one cup brew that gives you a clean tasty brew.

Method |

1. Fold the Kantan over your cup, and wash through with hot water
2. Add 12g of coffee, ground to slightly coarser than sand
3. Evenly pour over 200g of hot water, with an extraction time of between 2 to 2.5 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
