What is the standard shipping time for bikes and frames?
Bikes and frames typically process within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your home come 85% assembled in a box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy for components and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused components and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or worn clothing are not eligible for return.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes, we offer free local pickup at our shop. Simply select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready.
Do you offer financing options for high-end builds?
We provide several flexible financing options through our partners, allowing you to split the cost of your new bike into manageable monthly payments.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bikes are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Dismount Bike Shop also provides a complimentary 30-day tune-up for all locally purchased bicycles.
